Red Split Lentils are by far the quickest to cook in the legume family. Unlike other legumes they don't need pre-soaking, yet we still recommend rinsing the lentils prior to cooking to ensure no debris are present.
We recommend storing these lentils in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
